The PF Women Team at our Annual Team Retreat  ~ 2018 Today on Seth Godin's blog, he said: It's tempting to decide to make a profit first, then invest in training, people, facilities, promotion, customer service and most of all, doing important work. In general, though, it goes the other way. Yes, it does. If you are waiting to make a profit before you do these things, in my experience you're  not going to make a profit. So many organizations, ministries and churches are struggling with financial issues. I know your pain. Reality check: some things don’t get better. That doesn’t mean nothing gets better, but it means some situations won’t. There are adversities in life that are managed – not cured. For instance, you may have diabetes and while it may not be cured it can be managed. There are also relationships that may not experience the improvement desired, but you can navigate them with God's help. I am a person who lives in the supernatural as well as the natural, and know that God does the impossible. And at the same time, as many miracles as I’ve seen (and there have been a lot) there have been just as many times that what I or others prayed for didn’t happen.
