In general, though, it goes the other way. Yes, it does. If you are waiting to make a profit before you do these things, in my experience you're not going to make a profit. So many organizations, ministries and churches are struggling with financial issues. I know your pain. As anyone who follows our story knows, our ministry was in a ton of debt four years ago when I came on as director. Since that time, we've gotten out of debt and turned a profit every year. If you are a PK or the parent of a PK this probably won't tell you anything you don't already know, however it will be a place where you feel understood.

I'm still surprised at how little it takes to bring feelings to the surface and tears to my eyes. Your children are so blessed to have you and Larry. Often, PK's parents are more worried about what the congregation will say (or do) instead of their children's feelings. May those who read realize the importance of protecting, encouraging, and blessing PK's .
