What To Do First to Make a Profit

The PF Women Team at our Annual Team Retreat  ~ 2018 Today on Seth Godin's blog, he said: It's tempting to decide to make a profit first, then invest in training, people, facilities, promotion, customer service and most of all, doing important work. In general, though, it goes the other way. Yes, it does. If you are waiting to make a profit before you do these things, in my experience you're  not going to make a profit. So many organizations, ministries and churches are struggling with financial issues. I know your pain. As anyone who follows our story knows, our ministry was in a ton of debt four years ago when I came on as director.  Since that time, we've gotten out of debt and turned a profit every year.  God has done amazing things through out team, for which we give Him the glory! I know. Not that we didn't expect it, still heartbreaking. I wrote an email to the White House. Not that mine alone will do any good but hey if they got millions of them...???

I hope they get so many it knocks the server down...

Nope, nope...didn't waste any time.

I have been reading through the bible this year and right now I'm in Exodus. I'm noticing all kinds of stuff God does or allows when people willfully take innocent lives. It's not good.

As I have been reading and praying all I can think is, when some things happen down the road, we shouldn't be surprised.

9/11 was horrible. Absolutely horrible. How would we feel if a 9/11 happened every day? Well guess what...IT DOES. That many innocent lives are taken daily (actually more)...

God help us.

Of course he did it in secret, "without press coverage." Is this the "CHANGE" for which so many people voted?? Well, you heard him say that if his daughter was to make that "mistake" she could get an abortion, presumably to correct that "mistake." No!No!No! It does not correct, it creates heartache. Unless, of course, his daughters are immune to that. Unbelievable. You're right, he wasted no time. Grass doesn't grow under Obama's feet.

Sisterhood Rises Up To Change Lives Forever

God is in the business of preserving families. It is His heart. It's my heart too. And, I'll unabashedly say here that I believe it should be everyone's heart. Everyone likes good news and I've got some for you today. If you are in doubt that God still speaks today and that He uses people to accomplish His work, I pray this will speak to you. Last night I was sitting in service at Celebration Church where we are pastors, and my husband was preaching. His message was about what we want to be remembered for in life, and he made the statement that we can't change our past but we can change the future.  In that moment, God spoke to me.
